We’ve traveled a long, rewarding road since our first days in 1957, when USU faculty came together to form a credit union that would operate from their individual offices on campus. From there, we moved to a room in Old Main, building on our commitment to helping USU employees see a return on savings and obtain low interest rates on loans.

We’ve remained dedicated to bringing value and cost savings to our members, and our little credit union has flourished into a leading regional financial institution as a result. Recently, USU Charter Credit Union celebrated 50 years of service. Now, with online banking, a state and nationwide network of no-fee ATMs, free consumer workshops, low-cost loans, retirement plans, and other important services, we look forward to an even brighter future with our members.
