Instructions
The following are steps for accessing Telephone Teller and completing transactions using the service. 1) To use Telephone Teller, call the credit union at 435-753-4080 or 800-248-6361 and enter extension 1. 2) Enter your account number followed by the pound (#) sign. 3) Enter your telephone access code followed by the pound (#) sign. Your access code is the last four digits of the primary member’s social-security number. You can change your access code by picking any four-digit number you’d like; always keep this code and your PIN a secret! 4) Continue in Menu Mode to listen to a menu of functions and select choices or switch to Expert Mode by entering the appropriate service code.
