Sign In

The sign in page will ask you for your username and password. Once entered, you will be prompted to change your password. It will ask you to enter a password hint to assist you should you forget your password. You will then be ask for an e-mail address that you want your password hint sent to. You will be informed when your password is changed successfully.

You will be presented with the Terms and Conditions. If these are not acceptable to you, select the Decline button. You will be sent to the Sign Out page. If you agree to the terms and Conditions, select the Accept button.

The next screen you see should be the Welcome screen. There will be a row of menu buttons on the left side of the screen. Please select the Preferences button. The preference screen will load and the default screen highlights the Password tab. We've already had you change your password so please click on the My Profile tab.

Once this screen loads you will need to enter your password. (Required to change your profile)

First change your username. It will default to the User Name we gave you, which is long and cumbersome. You can choose your own user name. This is case sensitive, you can use both upper and lower case, but you have to type it the same each time so it is best that you choose one or the other and stick with it. Usernames must have only valid characters which are A-Z , a-z and 0-9. Spaces are not permitted. You will be prompted if you enter something wrong here, or if the user name is already taken.

Next enter a good email address for you. This is important, as we will be sending Alerts and messages to you at this address. Please remember as time goes on if you change Internet providers or email addresses to update this field so we will have a current email address for you.

The last item on the page is the User Session Timeout option. It asks you to select a time limit for your account to be active before timing out. You can choose from 5-20 minutes. Make your selection and then click the Submit button.

The screen will load your updated information and allow you to make changes. If the information is correct, click Accept. It will then load the final Profile screen and you can then click the Done button.
