The USU Charter Credit Union (USUCCU) appreciates our members
and believes in supporting the community in which we all live. There
are many worthy charitable organizations and individuals providing
for needs within our community. By supporting community service,
we hope to play a part in contributing to the quality of life enjoyed
here in Cache Valley.
Throughout the year, many individuals and charitable organizations
are supported by the USU Charter Credit Union.
Here are some responses from Credit Union
supported activities.

Come see us at the Smithfield Health Days, Cache Valley MS
150, Logan Race Club, and the Top of Utah Marathon. USUCCU associates
also directly particpate in community service by volunteering for
highway clean up.

Cash For Kids Raises Over $12,000
USU Charter Credit Union and Laser Precision, a local
printer cartridge remanufacturing business in Providence,
partnered to raise over $12,000 this school year
for local schools. Students collect used, empty toner or
ink printer cartridges in exchange for a cash donation to
their school.
School kids can bring the cartridges to school
where Laser Precision will pick them up. Or, you can
drop them off at any of the three Credit Union offices (during
the summer months, bring your cartridges to the Credit Union).
Money from Cash for Kids is used by each school for individual
needs such as books, field trips and other learning activities.
“We’re very pleased with the
success of this program and proud to support schools in
the Cache Valley area.” said USU Charter Credit
Union CEO, Dennis Child.
Laser Precision owner & President Vern
Fielding said, “Cash for Kids offers an alternative
that is simple, easy, and also reduces the amount of toxins
that are entering our landfills. The program is truly a
win-win for everyone involved.”
