Joint OwnershipAs a member of USU Charter Credit Union, you can add anyone as a joint owner of your account. Joint owner(s) are able to deposit to, or withdraw from, your account but are not able to use USU Charter Credit Union for all it's worth.

A joint owner is not a member of USU Charter Credit Union. However, a joint owner who is within the field of membership can become a member by applying for membership and depositing a minimum of $25. Only members can enjoy all of the benefits of USU Charter Credit Union including loans and voting during elections.

You, as a member of USU Charter Credit Union, are entitled to all the benefits and services of your credit union for life. However, if you close your account, you cannot join again unless you are still within the field of membership.

As a USU Charter Credit Union member, your immediate family members are also eligible for membership. Encourage them to check out the credit union for all of their financial needs or consider giving them the gift of USU Charter Credit Union membership.
