is a monthly email service for Members of the USU Charter Credit Union. Some service specials and benefits to be offered will only be available through email. How to sign up.

In order to enhance our automated services, and to help us keep you "in the know", the Credit Union is gathering current Member email addresses. We will be offering: special promotions, loan rates, certificate rates, skip-a-pays, certificate maturities, and non-sufficient funds notification. By receiving this information by email you may be able to take faster action to prevent overlimit fees and additional checks from being returned.

eBenefits will be offered in these areas:

  • special promotions,
  • notifications,
  • education articles,
  • student interests.

eBenefits Special Promotions will only be available through email. Be sure to keep your email address current with us to enjoy the opportunities of eBenefits.

eBenefits Notifications will provide you with reminders when something important is about to occur such as CD maturity or reaching your VISA limit.

eBenefits Education Articles will provide you with important information on relevant financial topics of today.

eBenefits Student Interests will provide precollege and college age students with special offers and topics of interest.

How to Sign Up:
To begin receiving eBenefits, you need to sign-up through the Web Teller, by Fax, or in person at one of the credit union's two offices. We will need to know your name, account number, and current email address.

For sign-up by Web Teller, see the easy instructions.

For sign-up by fax, print the eBenefits sign-up form, complete it and fax it in. If you fax your sign-up request, please remember to include your signature.
